  • "Dr. Richardson led our team of over 100 community partners in a process to identify policies and practices, systemic issues, necessary to making real change. The process identified those policies and practices creating barriers to good health and organization leaders left knowing necessary connections, potential collaborations, resources and advocacy necessary for making change. Dr. Richardson's process can clearly serve as a model for other communities."

  • “We were lucky to work with Dr. Richardson over eight months with a series of capacity building workshops on ethical community engagement. Each workshop built on the previous and brought critical reflections on equitable approaches while leaning into the assets of our team. It was fantastic and prepared us to engage with over 500 residents! Jeanita balanced an infectious energy with challenging conversations, a deep knowledge of community with research to back up recommended approaches.”
